One of my friends is getting a sore throat that believed as one of her candida symptoms. The over-the-counter medicines have alcohol and sugar. She needs any suggestions on what she can take to alleviate the symptoms. Basically, gargling with salt water, plenty of liquids, and vitamins C, zinc, and colloidal silver if you can get it, is a solution for all people. But, if it is still not working on you, see what I usually done with it.
I have a sure way that works for me whenever I start to get a sore throat. I get some ginger root from the store, cut a piece off, peel the skin off, and cut the piece in two (about the size of a thumbnail). I take one piece and put it in my back molars, tilt my head back, and crunch down. Let it drain down your throat as long as you can. It will sting a bit. I then spit out the fiber in tissue. I do the same thing on the other side.
I used to always get strep throat when I was younger and then someone told me about this treatment. I tried it and since then, I have never gotten the strep again. Try not to rinse out your mouth and it will then numb the pain and it will heal it. I don’t know how it works but it definitely works for me. If this sounds too extreme, maybe you should try drinking ginger tea.
